How did you get into strategic planning?

“I was a communication lecturer and had been through many frustrating strategic planning processes and knew that it could be done better.

I knew most organisations paused to create or refresh a ‘Strategic Plan’ each year (one of the only moments where people thought holistically and creatively about the bigger picture. As a full-system thinker, I wanted to get into that space and help people affect positive, real change.

A client asked for a personal strategic plan which proved to be a powerful process of life-style design. We have now facilitated over 50 plans for organisations, companies and individuals. There are many ‘moving parts’ so my acrobatic training comes in handy.”
