How did you get into strategic planning?

I had been through many frustrating strategic planning processes and had the realisation that it could be done better.

I also discovered that most organisations pause to create or refresh a Strategic Plan AND this was one of the only moments where people thought holistically about their work. As a full-system thinker, I wanted to get into that space and help people affect positive, real change. Creating a personal strategic plan can also be a very powerful process I’ve found.

I’ve now done over 50 plans for organisations, companies and individuals.
